It's very so-so. I love the location, I love what I've made of my home, and I love the rooftop views. But there's a lot of faults in Grey Star as a property management company - from the constant turnover (which causes delays, inconsistencies, lack of attention, etc) to a lack of prioritization or implementation in things that matter (feedback - actionable, tangible follow up on requests/needs/feedback/communication from residents). Parking is way overpriced and there's been a lot of issues with... the garage in my few months living here. This apartment community has been a great place to live. The neighborhood is quiet and has easy access to food/entertainment/grocery stores. The apartments feel pretty sound proof, the grounds are always clean, and the staff have always been helpful and friendly. I’ve been very happy living here!
