Good, new apartments near Seattle!!

I've been living at Malmo for about 3 months now and I really don't have any complaints. Move-in was smooth, my only complaint is that getting things into the elevator is kind of a hassle. You either go into the garage (which blocks half of the entrance to the garage, go through two doors to get to the elevator or climb a set of stairs to access the G2 level elevator. The staff is amazing, they are always ready to attack any concern a resident may have. The amenities are pretty cool, the... building has grills on the roof top, a community room on the top floor, a decent gym with basic work-out machines, and a courtyard on the 2nd floor. They also have a coffee maker in the lobby, not sure if it's for residents- but it's there! The residents that occupy the building are pretty quiet, there's the occasional thud, but people are living above you... The apartment is in a good location for walking; bus stops at the top of the street and there are various grocery stores that are 3-15 minutes walking. I definatly would recommend Malmo to a friend.(:
I gave Malmo 4 stars because some amenities were not available at move-in.

Decent Place to Live

These apartments are a bit on the small side but pack a punch for design--polished concrete floors, high ceiling and modern finishes give it a nice urban, industrial feel. Our neighbors are nice, lots of greenery on apartment property. In fact, it's landscaped with lavender and blueberries. The neighborhood a bit sketchy, and they are getting more strict here with amenity rules, but overall the staff and neighboors are friendly, little noise between apartments and an overall affordable place to... live very near to Seattle. Would recommend.

Great place! Great staff!

I've been living here for about 1 month now and I must say that I'm truly pleased. The staff is very responsive to any queries or requests that I've presented so far. Considering the location, the view from my apartment on the 5th floor is amazing. There are more windows in my apartment than I had in the house that I moved out of; and that house is about 50% larger than the 2 bedroom apartment that i share with my girlfriend. There's an adequate fitness room with about 3 or 4 treadmills; a... rooftop patio with 2 gas grills and a fire pit; a decent sized community room for hosting parties; as well as a few other amenities. It's very close to the E-Line, which is a straight shot to downtown Seattle, making my commute to work very manageable. There's also plenty of retail shops within walking distance.
