My overall experience has been extremely pleasant. The maintenance team are great and respond quickly. The office management is accessible and resolve issues efficiently and with kindness. The neighbors we have are quiet and respectful. I have no complaints about my experience and would recommend this community to my friends.

A beautiful, safe place to live. I’ve gone on runs just around the complex at 2 am and haven’t even felt unsafe. The management team are all super nice, neighbors are also friendly.

Also, don't forget about our 24/7 gym when maybe you don't feel like running outside! We have bikes, ellipticals, a treadmill, free weights and a TRX Trainer! The staff at the Homestead are very nice and friendly. I don't have hot water, or even warm water so that's depressing, I also am not suave on paying rents through portals and what is an e-check? I also think every unit should have 1 covered parking space especially with rent being so high. The apartment is beautiful and I like the layout. I also like the amenities.

Have you put in a maintenance request? Part of living here is Maintenance-Free... Living and our maintenance crew is very quick to answer requests. If you need to stop in or give us a call to help put in the request, we are here M-F, 9a-5p and Saturdays, 10a-4p (509) 928.3428. We can also most-definitely help you with paying your rent on the portal or if you would like to bring in a cashier's check or pay via Payment Coupon at Walmart, you can do that too. Many options! I am so glad that you like the apartment and amenities but we want you to be 100% satisfied so please let us know how we can help. Stay warm and hope to hear from you soon.

The apartments themselves are wonderful. while they are a bit pricey they come with their own washer and dryer on top of having a fairly roomy interior. Parking is pretty bad but there's plenty of space on the street and I've always seen at least 1 empty spot in the actual lot.
