home. 1900 sq feet All new bathrooms, all new paint, redone kitchen with real hardwood floors added, lighting and black out blinds throughout, zero maintenance landscape with concrete pad and artificial turf, new AC, new trim, and hardwoods refinished.

The kitchen has the original beautiful 60s wood cabinets with updated Quartz countertop, new tile backsplash, a built in coffee bar, range/stove top, brand new black stainless steal fridge and vent. New sink with a new garbage disposal with a big bright window. Kitchen also has recessed dimmable lighting and includes everything you would expect in your own kitchen and more.

Upstairs hallway gives access to the large bathroom, 2 other bedrooms and the primary with an en suite bathroom. Both Bathrooms have been completely redone. New tile, new fixtures and new modern deep blue vanity’s. Larger bathroom has a large tub, double sinks and huge wall to wall mirror. Smaller bathroom has a new glass slider, floor to ceiling tile.

All bedrooms have 4+ outlets, blackout blinds and brand new fan lighting fixtures with remotes. Bedroom one, or the ‘Office’ as we used it, has beautiful peppercorn paneling, a good sized closet and 2 large windows.

Bedroom two is slightly larger, has a larger closest with sliding doors and 3 good sized windows.

The primary bedroom is slightly larger still, has 3 windows, a large closet with sliding doors and the en suit bathroom.

Downstairs includes washer dryer, pantry area, storage space, access to the 2 car garage, and the downstairs living area(or 4th bedroom)

The home is located on Country Homes Blvd, a wonderful street that has beautiful landscaping in between the one ways. There is off street parking down the whole street and a dedicated bike lane. The long and wide driveway ends at the two car, automatic garage door opener oversized garage. The garage has extra built in storage, a window for light and a bright light in the middle.

There is no real grass, which for a renter means no mowing, no weed whacking only pine needle blowing. The back yard is our favorite. There is a large 20x25 concrete pad and steps. More rock covers the perimeters and then there is a large 15x25 high quality artificial turf next to the concrete pad. There are more shrubs and grass plants but again nothing that needs to be maintained.

This is a pet friendly home. The large storage shed outside also works as a dog house. The backyard is fully fenced. There is a dedicated dog bathroom area and all animals love the artificial turf(no mess either). Cats are welcome as well. Each pet is subject to additional rent and cleaning fees.

We pay for water, sewer, garbage and recycling.The only thing you pay for is rent, Avista(heating and gas) and wifi. The length of lease is flexible as is price with longer stays.

Longer term stays mean more flexibility with the furniture we are planning on leaving.
