Mostly updated interior. Great price for location. There is no managment on site. When you fill out a work order it takes forever to get repaired.

Thank you for your review! We have since updated our work order system and do have things taken care of with in 3 working days, unless we need to have an outside vendor come in (in which we are then at their scheduling)
Management does stop by... everyday to check up on everything, and our office is only a 3 min drive away. We have also completely digitized everything so we are even easier to get a hold of if you ever need us!
