Very cheap, they only put primer on the walls so that they can upcharge you for paint when you move out because it’s impossible not to mark on them. Cheap cabinets and walls, everything is basically just glued together and made of the cheapest possible materials. They do have new appliances

Buyer beware
I lived here for almost a year when they first opened up so I was the first tenant, although the apartments are nice it seemed to be a lot of college students living there, so the smell of weed and loud music was a regular ALL night thing and I have young kids so it was a terrible experience, I ended up leaving because they were raising the rent by $500 and when I moved out they charged me almost $1200 for an apartment I lived in for 8 months! There paint job was terrible so I got charged for... that, that lighting was terrible so I got charged for that seems like everything was put together with a bandaid. All in all not worth the money or hassle or sleepless nights you will have here.

Crappy management and outrageous charges
For military families and families in general!
Parking is very minimal. Guest will get towed immediately and there was absolutely no guest parking unless you happened to get a guest pass during office hours. The leasing office tried to charge us for services provided to the adjacent apartment to us and tried to argue with us that they had charged the correct apartment. The maintenance staff were very rude and I honestly didn’t feel safe around them. We had to cut our lease short and the leasing... office tried to give me hard time and tell me that we couldn’t do that.. eventually they said ok we can but you get charged for every month unless someone else moves in. Someone applied for our apartment the same day it went online. (So no charge there) When I emailed them asking to do a move-out inspection they ignored my emails multiple times. So, I went into the office with my keys and parking permits to turn them in and the leasing ladies and the maintenance staff were just sitting around doing nothing and they still wouldn’t do a walk through with me. After waiting two weeks, they finally sent the move out paperwork with charges. It was for over TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS and that was AFTER the deposits were applied so originally over 11k. They tried to charge us for breaking the fee even though someone already moved in.. they finally admitted that and dropped those charges leaving us with around $3500. This charge was for replacing ALL of the carpet in the entire apartment. The apartment had carpet in the living area and both bedrooms. While we were not disputing the living room charge (our puppy was being potty trained at the time) their move out paperwork that THEY did said both bedrooms were fine. The move-out photos they took only showed damages to the living area carpet as well. So, the only carpet that should have been replaced was the living are carpet. After going back and forth with multiple people. everyone has stopped replying to my emails or calls. “Jon” the head guy at Rudeen Management emailed that he was waiting to hear back from their carpet vendor and then never heard form him again even after a few more emails. I finally called the Rudeen Management manager and she was *friendly* and said she thought he said the matter was resolved. Just a round and round event the past two months. MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK. You probably will not get your deposit back and they will probably charge you for every little thing and more!

Easiest leasing office I have ever had to work with
I'm currently on the way out of being the first resident in my unit for a year and a half (1 bedroom, NOW open). I'm breaking my lease a month early, no big deal to them, they get life. If someone moves in, I will get prorated. I have my cat out already, they adjusted my rent immediately. I have never had to wait for service or to be feel heard from the office, and all my small needs for my unit were almost immediately handled/fixed. Between the 2 office people and the 1 grounds person I have... had to deal with, I have never had a bad interaction.
