This place and all cedar management company properties should be avoided. They are cheaper than most apartment complexes and it's for a reason. There is a high turn over with management and maintenance. The building at this location is older with original appliances that constantly break down. They have horrible carpeting including in the kitchen, bad parking and they will always keep your deposit because they absorb zero turnover costs. You'll be charged for lightbulbs, paint, everything just... to keep the deposit and even though they replace the carpet no matter what after each tenant you will be charged $3000 for that too so they will send you to collections. They are extremely dishonest and shameful. Do not rent here.

Worst Place Ive Ever Rented
Most unprofessional management I have ever encountered. Apartments are old and outdated, ive been given numerous parking violations even though they havent secured me a garage in months. If management gets tired of your complaints they will ignore your calls and not respond to your voicemails. Not to mention this place is crime ridden. Cars have been stolen off the lot, storage units have been broken into, and theft in general is a common occurrence here. This is coming from someone who worked... here and decided the free rent wasn't even worth it. I'm moving ASAP. I would only rent here if I literally had no other options. Stay safe and don't rush your next move. Rent being fairly priced is all this place has going for it.

Worst maintenance ever
We moved in 2013 and since then we lived in a 1 bed1 bath, rent was $510 for that, we had a big ant infestation and it took them over a year to get an exterminator for that. Then we had a leak in the clauset so the maintenance guy comes, cuts a hole in the wall and puts duck tape on the pipe. That night we notice the pipe spraying so we call and the next day he took a blow torch to it. Rent went up to $535 thenin November 2014 we had to upsize to a 2bed because we had another baby. This... apartment has had a leak in the ceiling of the shower, a broken bathroom faucet, an air conditioner that doesn't work etc... Since we moved in. The maintenance man has come in 4 times to fix the leak in ceiling andsays its fixed every time he comes, the ceiling is wet and squishy and bulging likea bubble. My husband poked a hole in it and water flew everywhere because it was so full. Afew days later the people upstairs took a shower and all the water dropped into our tub,there is visible mold in the ceiling and so we called the 4th time in 8 months since we have lived here for him to fix it,he comes in the next day, cuts a 1ft square in the ceiling then puts a less than quarter inch strip of tape on the pipe and says its fixed. He left a huge puddle of moldy wter on the bathroom floor and a big mess in the tub, I had to clean the whole bathroom with bleach before I could let my kids use the toilet. I have one 8 month old and a 3 year old, one of which is disabled. They have been repeatedly getting sick since we moved in and I am almost positive that this whole apartment building is filled with black mold. This is all about cedar château estates A.

Great Price
I love the price. Currently in a 2 bed 2 bath and we are in nearly 1000 sgft and the price under 800 even after paying electrical bill!! The only reason I dont want to give 5 stars is because the A/C unit is in the worst spot. Its in the master bedroom, not the living room, so the master bedroom has to stay open all the time during the summer to cool down the apartment. Other than that its great!
