1 Rating & Review

How Is This Rating Determined?

8/20/24

Poorly managed, combative/dismissive office staff, avoid

-Mice and rats have been seen in and around the apartments

-Dogs allowed to defecate everywhere without holding individual owners responsible. Many dogs also act aggressively and no one does anything, legal liability.

-Management here does nothing to stop car thieves/prowlers

-Management were largely ineffective for months while certain tenants used their apartment as a place to sell drugs even though they were aware of the issue for a while beforehand.

-Management does not care or take...
action about neighbors being obnoxiously loud during quiet hours. Contributing to this is the very poor sound insulation in the apartments.

-New management does not have the guts/willpower to stop bad actors from harassing others on this property. People will honk their horns and have loud arguments at all hours of the night/early morning and management sees it happen but do not take action.

-Management decided to destroy the pool that was here and make it into a "barbecue area" which barely anybody has used in the past 2 years.

-We had speed bumps put in the parking lot to prevent aggressive drivers from driving too fast. They were taken out so now we have uncaring drivers almost running people and pets over regularly.

-Almost every night there are people digging through the trash dumpsters even though we had a fence built around them, when they don't find anything of value they throw glass and other dangerous materials on the ground near where people take their pets out. The gate is never locked though and residents have not gotten a key.

-Management hired security but they are largely ineffective doing a simple drive by and not checking on anything unusual like signs of vandalism.

-Laundry room lock has been broken since new management took over years ago, replacement keys were supposed to be made to prevent unauthorized entry but it hasn't been done in over 3+ years. Non residents use that laundry room to have sex and do nasty stuff down there.

-Nuisance "improvements" to the property violating tenants right to quiet enjoyment. Management/ownership wasted all summer with blinds/curtains installation and expect tenants to just let strangers in their apartment with 48 hours notice.

-Xfinity internet fee of 35 a month forced on tenants who don't want/use it and you are stuck on the slowest speed. If you want Xfinity but want faster speed, too bad according to the owners/management.
