I just moved out after living here for the past year and a half. It was a great experience overall and I'd definitely recommend the apartment complex.
Pros: - Building manager (Royce) - he is super responsive and just comes off as super nice guy. I had a couple issues with my sink at one point and he was over within the hour to work on the issue. - Newly renovated apartment - Other tenants - all are grad students or families. I never had issues with people being loud at night - Safe area -... I was a single female grad student living here and I never felt unsafe coming home late at night. The South Hill in general is a pretty safe area. - Parking spot - I had a covered parking spot - Pet friendly - I had a cat the entire time I lived here and whenever maintenance needed to be done they were mindful about not letting her out
Cons: - Winter - Monroe St is plowed of snow immediately, but 9th St and Lincoln St aren't plowed until sometimes days later. The driveway for the apartment complex is usually salted which is great. Getting up 9th St after a snowstorm can be tricky if you don't have all wheel drive or snow tires. - Recycling - the management has added recycling but it's not sufficient. There are 2 recycling bins for the entire apartment complex and honestly don't think they're picked up every week. They seemed to always be overflowing. - Laundry - 2 washers + 2 dryers for entire building

If you are environmentally conscious, look elsewhere.
Apartment is nice. A little overpriced - we paid only $100 more/month in DOWNTOWN Seattle for an indoor garage and our rent included recycling, which apparently is not a big deal to the owners of this location.
When we moved in, we were told that a recycling bin would be coming. "Excellent!", we thought, because we have so many boxes and paper wrapping, etc. Well, five months later, we still have no recycling, and upon reaching out to management (which is great!) we learned that the owners do... not want to have a recycling bin because "none of their other properties do either." So apparently I will now be accumulating my own recycling and disposing of it myself. Honestly, if you care about the environment at all, do not live here - when you open the dumpster to find mounds of paper, cardboard, glass, etc., it is enough to make you sick. And apparently there is nothing we can do about it. It's 2019. Charge us an extra $20/unit for recycling, cheap, selfish bastards. Needless to say, the minute our lease it up, we are out of here.
Again, the management is super helpful and responsive, but the ownership apparently does not care about recycling which it really should, given the nature of the earth these days.

Clean and Quiet
I recently moved to Spokane and rented one of the remodeled units with a garden patio. Responsive management and generally very peaceful. I don't own a car and this neighborhood has everything I need. Was pleasantly surprised since I rented while still living in Colorado.
