I moved in here in October. I moved out in December. Numerous issues with my unit, with promises from the maintenance and office to be fixed. Now that I’m moving because nothing was fixed. I was ignored. In fact, maintenance has been inside my home without me twice with nothing changed or fixed. Very weird invasion of privacy in my opinion. My unit was not cleaned so I moved into a home with someone else’s germs everywhere and dirt. It was filthy. I gave them a $2495 deposit and they are going... to take a majority of it claiming that there are cleaning and repairs. There is in fact not. I have multiple video walk throughs and extensive photos I had professionally taken the date I moved out. The home is still in my legal “possession” yet management entered my unit without me being there and decided to tear out carpet and blame staining underneath on me. The carpet was damp the date I moved in. The carpet was also not new. The previous tenants left damages, didn’t clean, and had pets. But since when I moved in I didn’t think the rip up the carpet and look for said “staining” and mark that on my move in sheet I am inevitably going to be charged. Makes zero sense.
I promise you, that there are many reasons that are valid for why they have openings ALL the time. Nobody wants to live here. Once you sign a 100 page long lease agreement it will inconvenience everything in your life trying to get out of your agreement. What a nightmare.
