Just dont!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I pay a $40 trash fee every month. There is one small dumpster and the garbage collectors come every Thursday. Trash gets piled in the parking lot because there is no space. Once that dumpster gets filled, you are not allowed to leave your trash next to it. You will get fined $1000 if they catch you. There are 7 buildings with 20 units each and they expect us not to throw our trash away when the dumpsters are full?!?!? Instead of hiring the garbage collectors to come more often... , they decide to fine their residents. I will be ending my lease this month, thank god.

Sinking Property

I would not suggest moving here, I’ve been here almost two years! The building I’m initially loosing ground and sinking forward. The bedrooms have a notable shifting slant, trash is regularly piled into the parking lot, I have ants in my apartment coming up even through the sinks, upstairs neighbors children extremely loud freaking out my dogs with banging & knocking around and maintenance works restrictive hours. As a teacher that works in Seattle I do not come to a home I can feel comfortable... in, I feel uncomfortable and less safe in my bedroom because of the building leaning. I have levelers in spaces to watch the lean. Doors keep falling from the hinges and the doors to the washer & dryer keep falling. Most recent one set fell on me while loading laundry. For the cost of living here the quality is not near equal and I cannot keep taking off work to make complaints.

Don’t live here.

To expensive where it’s located. I live here now. The apartments are way to small for the price. Very bad area.

Trash, rubbish, and garbage galore

Don't rent an apartment here, there is so much trash everywhere that it's horrible. There is absolutely no excuse for how much trash is everywhere here, it's like management doesn't even walk the grounds, and if they do they probably don't care. The dumpsters are consistently overflowing, people leave trash everywhere, on their patios or balconies, in the parking lots, next to trash cans, and even on the playground. People party at any given time all night all day sometimes. Neighbors smoke a... lot, both cigarettes and weed, you're not supposed to according to your rental agreement. Check yelp, there's some pretty bad photos that really show how bad it is.

Expensive apartment but not worth what you're paying for

Please do not waste your time and money with this apartment. This place is expensive but really not worth the money. The apartment is old and filthy. Management service is terrible. The staffs are rude, rarely in office and when they do, they would not pick up the phone. When I was still living there, I have to visit the office every time I need help with fixing anything in the apartment. They also cheat with utility bill, each month our fee kept going up without explanation as they... couldn't provide a detail billing. Their excuse was because they were going through new management. And with this excuse, they were raising the rent like crazy to force people out for remodeling. My lease was ended in August... but I still have not received any sort of communication when they will return my deposit. However, they would send utility bill to collection without notifying me first... now that's mess up when I provided a forwarded address and my contact number is still the same. Please do not waste your money in this place... It's really not worth it. I wish there's a choice for 0 star as this place don't even desert 1 star.
