I live in one of the "carriage" houses (studio apartment) and I cannot hear my neighbors.
The cost of my apartment is extremely affordable considering I also have a garage.

Overall, wonderful place to live with great management! You won't regret it!
My fiancé & I moved in about 2 weeks ago & so far we love it here! Decently priced, clean, gate always works, safe, no homeless/sketchy people, playground, gym, chill/low key community, pool/hottub, secure mailboxes, low noise/thick walls, great location w/lots of food places & Safeway etc. On top of that, Melanie (Manager) & Dasha are amazing! Very professional but still chill & straightforward, always keeping tenants informed, friendly etc. No cons, just lots of hoops to jump through to get... approved. But...to keep a safe, clean, nice apartment complex w/ good people living here, they take precautions & have requirements/standards. Which makes sense & is definitely understandable! Plus, I had some hiccups to get approved, but Melanie & Dasha were super patient w/me, helpful, nice, & understanding throughout the whole process. Great place & staff!!

Love Love LOVE these Apartments!
I live in a 2 bed 2 bath, it’s nice because of the modern update do these apartments. My favorite part is the front office Daysha and Melanie are always welcoming and willing to work when there’s a problem. They have good customer service and Quality services 10/10 would recommend. Also too maintenance is super responsive Josh is always working hard for everyone’s home!

Keep looking!
If I were you I would keep looking. Even though their brand new there's always trash everywhere, management folks are shady (they would have stolen my wallet if i had not had a tracker on it), there's not enough parking, and they claim to be dog friendly but really aren't. They have an ant problem and problems with thieves. There is a homeless camp not far. I had to put in my notice after only a few months of living there.
