Coming up on 2 years living here and it’s the best place I’ve lived so far since I’ve moved in. It’s a very pet friendly environment with tons of amenities to take advantage of. Whether it’s the gym, or the community lounge with multiple tvs, pool table and community fridge for any outings you plan to have. The rooftop is my favorite place to be during the summer time because of the mini golf course and Grills. I’ve yet to see any issues with cleanliness or upkeep. The staff is some of the... nicest I’ve come across for sure. Amelia and & Marlene are friendly and on top of any issues or concerns I’ve had. They definitely care a lot about the people who live here and the building itself.

great experience living here
I’ve lived here with my husband for a little over a year and we love it here! The security is our favorite part especially bc we have a little one on the way. We’ve had a few events here in the lounge area and had no trouble reserving it. Management/staff are all very nice, consistent and easy to get ahold of. Amenities are great, modern/well kept. The community is nice it’s all easygoing working people who take good care of the shared spaces. We love the convenience of the location; Its a good... mix of city and suburb. I hope to stay here for a long time.

Terrible Service
The amenities are disgusting and small. You have to reserve amenities and they are literally always booked so they might as well not exist because you can't use them. The building has been broken into multiple times with little change from management. The front desk tells you to text them for assistance, but I have never once received a response. They have taken months and months to fix one issue in my apartment. Additionally, the apartments are freezing in winter. I think they actually didn't... put in insulation because the floors feel like ice cubes. Do not move here.
