We have lived here almost 5 years and in the beginning everything with the staff and property was great then it started going downhill with the staff and the property. They charge you for the amenities when not all residents use them. We have never in 5 years been to the gym or the dog spa and the pool is only open half the year. The complex used to do things for holidays and have a summer pool party every year and this year there was nothing. No easter egg hunt, no pool party. Those were things... we looked forward to every year and the staff was always involved and it felt like a community you wanted to be a part of. After signing a new lease this year we wish we didn’t.

I have lived at Brookside 112 for 4 years and have found it a pleasant place to live. They were very helpful in getting my dog certified as an emotional support animal and they are a pet friendly property. I have no complaints for the most part.
