No security deposit returned 3 months after move out.
They sent my security deposit to an address I did not provide, they won't do anything about it and I cannot get a hold of anyone

Love this place!
I really like the atmosphere of creekside. The complex has big trees all around and and a great walking or biking trail. The manager Kim is awesome, and her maintenance guy Tyler does pretty good even through Covid restrictions these two are really holding it together, and I hope I can stay a long time!

Not worth the price
Maintenance takes over two weeks just to come fix things. My dryer broke once they come fix it in a week , got it up and running broke again same day try to fix it again and they couldn’t and replace with the same old and dated dryer and it broke again within a week. Got my car stolen and homeless people are everywhere at night building is run down it always look good in picture but it’s not what it look like in the pictures they posted not worth the price don’t waste your money!

If you like not getting your deposit back......
This is the place to be. 2016 my husband and I moved here from Florida so only had pictures on the internet to make a decision on. On the phone we were told that the apt we selected was just remolded. We pull up in our Uhaul and get our keys. I do a walk about the apt first and become irritated as hell because the remolded part really meant just they had installed the cheapest threadbare carpet I have ever walked upon. The kitchen back splash and countertop which was some sort of formica was... partially missing. The windows were filthy, covered in dirt and cobwebs and the screens full of holes and for some reason had tape at the bottom. Every last screen including the screen door had holes.
The masterbath shower had the crustiest door I have ever seen. Not sure how long the previous tenant had lived there but you can tell they never cleaned the shower door. I spent an hour trying to scrub the doors but gave up and tried to concentrate on scrubbing the tub which was also filthy. The shower handle had not been replaced in years. The acrylic handle had black mold on the inside.
At this point we have a truck full of stuff so we have no choice but to move in. I especially did not like the fact that I spent an 2 hours cleaning those filthy tubs. Finally requested they replace the shower doors and the maintenance guy told me they couldn't do it. What!!! Had to make a call to Mary and she put in an order for the new shower doors. Then my husband and I spent the next couple of three weeks stepping on carpet tacks/nails. Husband had to get a hammer to mash down the tacking heads because they were exposed. It was about a month before we felt safe walking barefoot because I kept finding nails in the carpet.
The fact that I had to spend 2 hours cleaning makes me mad as hell because when we prepared the apt for our move out I gave it back to them cleaner than I got it. They had the nerve to charge me a cleaning fee and basically kept our deposit. After disputing this with the new office manager we got back I think $108.00.
The pool is a joke. They love to lock the gate to the pool and for some reason during summer holidays want to close the pool. Huh?
I will make it a point to never ever rent from ConAm the thieving schmucks!

Not worth the price
Although the pictures are great. The buildings are really run down, and you are surrounded by homeless people everywhere. If that weren't bad enough, the management staff take at least 3 weeks to do any request for fixing things, and they believe there prices to be in line with market value. There market value is based on Seattle pricing.
All in all not worth the money, and I would pick somewhere else to live.
