I know there aren't any other reviews yet so thought I 'd leave one with some detail.
Recently moved into a 2 bed 2 bath. Had an issue on move in but the property manager was quick to respond and fix it, which says a lot about how they operate. I've lived places before where no one seems to care. Office staff here has been super friendly and welcoming so far.
Apartments are new, all the appliances are Whirlpool. I like that there is an AC and heater in the living room the master bedroom as... well as a heater unit in the 2nd bedroom. There is also airflow between the bedroom and living room. Living room/dining/kitchen area is a nice size. We fit a sectional couch, L shaped desk, 55" TV and stand, couple shelves, and a bench near the window, and I think we can fit a small dining table and not feel cramped. Big pantry. We have King size bed in master, 2 large night stands, big dresser, and still have a little room on one wall. Big closet in there as well. Nice size bathrooms, with built in shelves and nice cabinet/draw space. Outside locking storage on your patio. Area to lock bikes outside apartment doors. Lots of cameras. 2nd bedroom is decent size, good sized long closet with shelves and racks.
Very pet friendly, lots of dogs, pet bath room, lots of places to dispose of waste. Even has a little fenced in dog park area just for residents. One suggestion there would be, perfect time of year to get some of that fast growing grass they sell and put it in the area that gets a bit muddy in the front, add some cover crop type grass in the middle where its a bit soggy it'll soak that water right up! Big enough park to throw a ball and get some exercise for your pup!
Weirdly quiet neighborhood for being so close to 205 and mill plain. It is close to 205 but I don't hear any traffic noise from inside, a little outside but nothing major. Close to Fred Meyers, Walmart, Starbucks, Petco, Winco and lots of restaurants. Near 205 and 14. Any residents we've run into have been friendly, so have the dogs.
Within Mountain View High School area. There is an elementary school on the same road. Middle school is a mile or so away.
Xfinity and Century Link, prewired modems that are located behind the door in the master closet, you just pick one, activate it, and connect.
Normal deposit and application process, nothing weird or excessive. Typical renters insurance required.

Nice apartments very poor customer service.
Nice apartments! However customer service is extremely poor and really lacks a welcoming atmosphere. Leasing members and maintenance are not friendly and acted completely different after a lease was signed, it’s disappointing. Just seems unprofessional and unfitting for such a nice property. Be aware.
