Just like the title says. Rampant car theft, mail theft, bags of garbage, pet excrement, uncaring management who are uninterested in addressing problems... Such as a rodent infestation in my unit that they took months to address. Police and ambulances in and out constantly, including a SWAT team with automatic weapons about a year ago. Broken appliances in the laundry room that haven't been seen to in over a year. Not worth what they charge

Thank you for your review of Oak Creek. Management takes all reviews seriously and some of your concerns have also been our concerns that we have taken to the City of Vancouver. Resources for Landlords has declined the past 18 months, and with... moratorium restrictions, some of the behavior issues have had a negative effect on the neighborhood as a whole. The cleanliness of the property is also part of the residents responsibility and management will continue to work on these areas you mention related to cleanliness. I do not see that there has been a rodent issue except for one unit with mice last year, in which this was addressed. Maintenance and management have both been alerted to keep a close eye on the machines in the laundry room. Unfortunately, we are also at the mercy of shipping delays related to parts, available technicians for repairs, etc. All machines are functioning today, so please let us know if you know otherwise by calling the leasing office. Thank you,

not horrible
So for a two bed two bath it’s definitely a good price. The apartment doesn’t feel cramped. However the walls are thin. And I mean I can hear my neighbor snoring and them closing the sliding closet door, and they live below me. Management is nice, they say no smoking on premises but I don’t see it enforced (I don’t care but you might). If the walls were thicker, better insulation, CEILING LIGHTS (is that a PNW thing?), and more padding under the carpet it would get a higher rating.

Nothing but positive!
Management worked with me from moving out of state to this complex. Went very smoothly. No maintenance issues, very safe community where neighbors look out for one another. Love the view from my balcony. The landscape is kept very neatly & beautifully, gorgeous flowers & trimmed trees everywhere. Love their workout facility, & love having assigned parking, knowing I can park safely in front of my apartment each & every time.
