The pool has been closed for two years!! How can they advertise a pool? Neighbors are suing this complex for back rent since they have had no pool for over two years! I have seen so far, 6 managers in one year that I have been here. The latest manager, Lisa has been here about 3 months now. She loves to get into your business and go through your mail. Lisa thinks she has some type of power. Packages are very hard to retrieve, use a postal box for your mail. Maintenance is better than it was... when I moved in last year and Jake is good. The park across the street is known for it's drug use, lots of needles daily and 2 boys were murdered there 10 years ago. My lease it up and I am gone soon.

Teal Pointe problems
(since 06-2015) Teal Pointe Apartments Corp. have fired there on site Managers and Maintenances, the pool and hot tub have been closed due to high contamination in the waters, on site laundry been locked now 3pm because of homeless sleeping in laundry area can't get mail on weekends anymore, across from the office is a One Bedroom place E1 rented by Grandmother, daughter moved in with 5 kids quite a display
