The last year of my life hear has been the worst year of my life. It's been worse than dealing with covid. Easy. While the new manager is better to deal with, it just seems that the company is the devil. Within weeks my AC stopped working.. in the middle of June. It took them FOUR months to fix it. I won't even go into the details of all of that because it will take a novel. But just suffice to say that every step of the way my tenant right were violated. They didn't care that I was living in... a 95 plus degree apartment. They didn't care it was literally uninhabitable. I'm currently in the process of suing them. In the entire year I've lived there I've never once been given proper notice to enter. Well over a dozen times. They finally opened up the pool. A good month after they could have... And they shortened the pool hours during the week to close at 6 pm. This is one of the most expensive places to live and now you can't even swim in the pool past 6. The walls are pure drywall, good luck using nails,... And because of that you can hear EVERYTHING. And when with a brand new AC unit, my apartment still gets 15-20 degrees hotter than the set temp on hot days because the windows aren't sealed at all. My patio sliding door literally falls out of the door frame of I slide it further than two feet because these places are so horrible. The decks are caving and pool water. So if you enjoy paying the highest prices in the valley, and getting little in return. Well then please, waste your money here.

Very bad experience !
I had a family member who lived there and kept the place immaculate. When they moved out Paul the manager was extremely unethical. He charged them for everything he could think of when they moved out. It was his word against there’s. However they did supply Paul with a carpet cleaning Receipt prior to moving out so he was caught in that lie and didn’t make them pay. He claims the place was a mess when in fact it was not. He made them pay for them month they were not there after he told them to... give him a 10 day notice. (They gave him a 18 day notice). While living in the apt there was a leak and mold in the living room. Paul would not have it fixed for 5 months. The place is run down and very dated. I would not recommend renting. They also raise the rent every 6 months to a year.

Hi there, this is Kailey with Pacific Living Properties Customer Service. Thank you for the feedback, I am sorry to hear about your family members difficulties with the community. I would like you to know that we took over ownership of the community... this year and have made quite a few wonderful updates to the apartments and the community that I think you would appreciate. Our team is professional and our maintenance team is attentive and great at what they do. Please do consider us for any future apartment needs, as we are an entirely different product and experience now, in the same convenient location. Feel free to email me at customerservice@plpinc.net if there is anything I can do for you. Take care, Kailey
