Overall, I like living at The Flats at West Richland. This apartment works well for someone seeking a simple setup and not a lot of amenities. My biggest issue as a tenant here is that the ceiling/floor between the lower and upper apartment units is too thin. You can hear everything, and I mean everything that your neighbors are doing. I'll keep it PG, but this really distracts from having a comfortable experience at the apartment complex.
There have been other issues with the... electrical/circuit breaker, but apartment complex management was very responsive to this issue so they deserve credit for that. I am hoping that there will be some kind of fix to the noise issues here as it is the primary issue with recommending this property.
Pros:
- New apartment complex - Unassigned parking - Luxer Lockers for Secure Package Deliveries - Apartment grounds are clean and in a safe area of town
Cons:
- Far away from most stores, you need to have a car and be willing to drive a bit further to reach most places - Somewhat expensive - You can hear everything that your neighbors are doing, and I mean everything... - No amenities (gym, pool, etc.) other than a small outdoor space
