The living and dining rooms are very spacious with an open scheme and the house has 2 large rooms. One of the... bedrooms is non-conforming as it is located in the middle of the home and therefore has no exterior walls or windows.
The kitchen has lots of cabinet space and there is also a small nook next to the kitchen that has enough room for a small desk or anything else you made need it for. There are 2 large closets for storage and clothes in the house. The middle room has lots of shelving as well.
This unit is on the top floor and has a front deck for you to go out on when you want to enjoy some fresh air. The yard is maintained by house management.
Out the back entrance each unit is assigned an off-street parking space. When you enter from the back entrance and go downstairs to the basement the laundry room will be to your right and down the hall to your left there are small storage closets that have been designated for each unit.
This unit is located in a peaceful area in the middle of Yakima and is close to many great places like the YMCA, restaurants, grocery stories, coffee shops, Yakima Valley College and Memorial Hospital.
