Be wary when renting when Lake Park. They claimed our dog peed all over the apartment but our dog has been to training, and both my girlfriend and I work from home, so we are both available to consistently take him out. In the lease it states they will have to replace the entire carpet if it's "sufficient damage". Without even being given the chance to come back and try to reclean it, the entire carpet was ripped up and we have been invoiced for several thousand dollars. Regardless of our dog... not peeing all over that place, your pet rent does not cover pet damages. So despite paying extra for him to be on premise, it counts for nothing but their pockets. We thought we had a good relationship with the from office managers who we visited frequently, including with our dog. So this came as a shock to us, to see them play the same games other landlords do. We will never been renting with them or any of their affiliates again. Period. If you are moving in you better bring a blacklight and check the entire apartment and make note of any minor stain whatsoever because they would not provide us documentation from what the prior tenants left. Nice apartments, just be aware of what you are signing up for.

We are Home!!
If you want a beautiful apartment, that is well maintained, you have come to the right place. Management is right there to help you with everything, something breaks or not working, you call it in, and it is done within a reasonable time. The Maintenace department is highly qualify and they are very educated in solving problems. Well maintain with lawn and snow removable. After a few days of moving in, management called to see if we needed anything. It is so quiet here; you do not hear your... neighbors. Apartment is well built. We are so happy living here and calling this our home. Come check out this 5 Star property and you fall in love and start packing!

HORRIBLE
Cheap apartments falling in pieces because the poor construction quality. Totally OVERPRICED. Poor management skills , horrible customer service and old people around complaining about everything under the sun. Got a breack in in our unit and manager said the wind was the one opening the door. DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE unless you want to experience living in a horrible Ghetto.

Lake Park Crossing was carefully constructed and is lovingly owned by a humble engineer and father who understands the importance of hard work, honesty, and integrity in construction and in business. Lake Park Crossing was built with the utmost... quality: six layers of dry wall between units and gypsum product between floors for substantial soundproofing, room-finished plastered private garages, locally manufactured dark-stained cabinets, and thoughtfully selected stainless-steel appliances.
Lake Park Crossing is perhaps among the safest communities in the Appleton area, as evidenced by the Appleton Police Department crime mapping system: https://www.appleton.org/residents/crime-map. In reference to the situation of this reviewer: After determining that nothing had been stolen or moved within your apartment, management offered the possibility that the occasional heavy gusts of wind which rip through our prairie-like topography may have pushed an unlatched door open (as has occurred a few times in the past with other residents). It cannot be understated that Lake Park Crossing takes crime very seriously and continually monitors the property to protect the residents. Furthermore, many of our retired, permanent residents also observe our property as if it was their own and quickly report any abnormal behaviors within the community. Moreover, Lake Park Crossing is located less than five miles from the nearest police station. With these three protections in place—management monitoring, resident patrols, and police proximity—you can rest assured that Lake Park Crossing is among the safest communities in the Appleton area.
Lake Park Crossing is devoted to not only fair and efficient management, but also truthful, clear, and compassionate communication. Empathy and patience remain our mission, as the management office strives to respond to tenants within 24 hours of their phone call or email.
