I paid to get on a wait list. I asked the manager to view her office which is an apartment and she refused to show me her office or the 2 vacant apartments she had. nobody buys a car, a house, or anything else without looking at it first. She took me off the list because I asked to view.

I have now lived here for 1.5 months and could not feel more welcome. From management to maintenance to the at home quiet feel, I could not be more impressed. Management works very hard (and quickly) to get you into your unit and is there for you if anything is needed. I did have an issue with the water temperature when I first moved in. After I made the complaint, maintenance and management were here within 20 minutes or so to fix the problem. The neighbors that I have are very nice and I... rarely hear any noises through the walls. Would definitely recommend living here.

Rent is way to high for what you get, things don't get taken care of properly and there is always a problem with black mold.
