I have waited a year to write this review and I figured now was a great time! I was honestly sick of home ownership and said, “heck, let’s give apartment living a try.” I have never done apartment living and I was NERVOUS! But everyone at Brookfield Reserve made my worries disappear. The building and the units are so beautiful and like new when you move in. The staff go ABOVE and BEYOND… they are timely, they are kind, and they know what the heck they’re doing to provide luxury living. My... children love seeing Meredith and Jackson when they run in after school from the bus and enjoy getting a quick word in with Will and Jeff before they head off in the morning to start their day; It truly is a community here! We love Brookfield Reserve and never want to leave!

I love living here. The people are great, the staff and building managers are kind and prompt! The amenities are fantastic. The building has regular get togethers just to keep a community feel going in the building. We are very pet friendly here as well.

There are so many reasons why I like living at Brookfield Reserve. The location is great, I really like my apartment, everything around the complex is well-maintained and looks nice, I love all the trees, lots of dogs to brighten my days, a great workout room, and the people that work here are very nice. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, and one of the things I am most thankful for is living at Brookfield Reserve….
