Great place to live and great location to the park. landord is very friendly and is always on top of any problem that comes up usually there within 30min of us contacting him. I would strongly recommend renting if unit are avalible.

Landlord is not willing to work with people and is money driven. He twists words that will get you to sign a lease and not give your security deposit back when owed. Watch out.

I highly recommend choosing a different landlord. Everything he did was to benefit himself. Hire an attorney if you rent here. Only 1 star because I couldn't choose 0.
