Good location not so good land lords. Never had any good encounters with them. I thought the best time was going to be when I moved out but in fact it was the worse. They will do what ever they can to not give you your deposit back. I had the bathroom spotless. Spent two hours cleaning that baby. And let me tell you what I was proud of what I done. But there was one piece of hair on the toilet. (From my head) and they made me re do everything. I scrubbed all the walls but not to their messed up... standards I guess. The best part is yet to come. You may want to sit down for this one. I got a new fridge shortly after moving in and the floor got damaged while the apartment people were installing it. I instantly called and told them about the damage. They told me not to worry. But during the final inspection they tried to give me the shaft. They said it must’ve been me. You could literally see the skid marks from the door to the fridge. Literally almost got none of my deposit back. Never going back to an apartment.
