I currently live at BHP Apartments! I have always loved living here & still do! The BHP staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy! The staff keeps the property well maintained in summer & winter! BHP is always doing projects to improve the property grounds or the apartments themselves! A safe and secure apartment community to live in! The amenities here are awesome! I love having a garage during the winter & an accessible pool in the summer. I highly recommend renting here!

Wonderful Apartment
I rented from BHP for about 5 years. The complex was well maintained in both summer and winter. The staff was friendly and a joy to work with. I always felt comfortable and safe at BHP. I was very happy with the amount of space I had and enjoyed that the washer and dryer was inside my unit! It was affordable and close to stores and my place of employment. I would highly recommend BHP!

Loved my time at BHP
I rented for 3 years until I bought a home. Lots of storage space. The staff are very responsive, trustworthy and friendly. When my washer and garbage disposal died, they were replaced immediately. For major holidays I reserved the clubhouse at no cost which was a major bonus for my entire family. The fire alarms, background checks on potential neighbors and other safety/condition issues are checked on a regular basis - ensuring a safe environment. My friends at BHP and I considered it our... neighborhood. I would definitely recommend BHP!

Great Complex, Convenient Location
I lived in the Blue Heron Ponds Apartments for two years and would recommend them to anyone looking for a residence in Fond du Lac. Located just on the end of town, the apartments provided easy and quick access to Wal-mart, Target, Starbucks, Kwik Trip, and Highway 41 ... However, they are also far enough away to provide a quite living atmosphere. The staff was very timely and helpful with my inquires throughout my tenancy.
The only thing that might have made it a little nicer would have been... a more convenient access to a dedicated walking/biking path. Residents often use the parking lot between the buildings and the detached garages for recreational purposes. It is not a huge issue; it just requires a little extra caution when driving.

High Marks for BHP
Pro’s: - Affordable renting options as the cost of living in Fond du Lac is not expensive. Garage spots are also affordable and highly recommended. - Minutes away from Walmart, Target, Pick n Save, Aldi’s, Starbucks, 2 gas stations, and food. - The property is just on the outskirts of town making for quiet mornings or evenings out on the patio. The residents keep to themselves so no nosey neighbors. - Friendly/available staff and maintenance has a pretty quick turn around time - No hidden fees... - Fishing is allowed in the two ponds which is stocked with bass and blue gill
Con’s: - A/C system is loud and does not cool the entire apartment. Located right next to the TV, you’ll find yourself adjusting the volume frequently.
After living at Blue Heron Ponds for a year, I really enjoyed the property and the local community. I would highly recommend this apartment complex and be sure to check out Lakeside Park and the FDL Loop!
