lots of disruptions to water and sewer with new constructions! definitely not worth what you pay for even if it seems cheap sadly. you only technically rent the room, so with the price, you're better off renting a whole apartment to get the money worth. one of my friends almost had to leave through the school year because they changed the pet policy to no pets without notifying any residents, so be careful even if it's school affiliated

We try our best to keep the property affordable and still have your amenities such as a fully furnished apartment with TV, WIFI and all utilities included. With the pet policy change,... we are now a pet free property for new incoming residents, however, current residents with pets are grandfathered in and welcome to stay as long as they like.
