I have lived here for 4 months after selling my home of 46 years. I thought adapting to apartment living would be a challenge but it wasn't at all. I had a couple minor things that needed fixing by maintenance. They were addressed promptly. Management very helpful! I love it here. It's quiet, clean and well maintained. And all lawn care and snow removal done is a welcome bonus for me!

Highly Recommend
Back in November of 2015 I sold my home of 31 years, I was nervous to get out there and rent.But after living here at Moon Shadow I do not regret a single decision in my choice of apartments and renting. Moon Shadow is not your adverage apartment community, it's a home. Community is peacful and quite, freindly neighbours surronding, and management/maitenance is helpful,friendly and quick to respond. As a previous homeowner I would highly recommend this community.

Mold.
Lived in 6366 Moon Shadow Drive, #6. We had mold. Management did nothing to help. We moved out. Still mold. Negligence is never good. Black mold. In our apartment We had 65% humidity levels in Nov and Dec, taking in 2-3 gallons of water in our DEHUMIDIFIER. negligence. period. unacceptable. A horrible and unsafe place to live on many levels!

Moon Shadow Estates is a wonderful place to live. Despite management’s best efforts, these tenants were not happy with their time with us. A neighboring unit experienced a water leak, and the issue was treated thoroughly and swiftly by... ServiceMaster. Upon initial inspection of surrounding units, ServiceMaster left dehumidifiers and fans in this tenant’s unit as a precaution. Due to the noise caused by the fans, the tenants were provided a hotel for the weekend, and compensated with a rent credit for their inconvenience. ServiceMaster re-inspected this tenant’s unit, and determined that the unit was free of moisture. The tenants returned to their unit the following Monday. This unit has been inspected for increased moisture and mold on several occasions. There is no indication of excess moisture or mold growth in the unit at this time. While the water leak was unfortunate, the situation was handled quickly and professionally by the management staff. We invite you to come out to Moon Shadow Estates and view the property. The beautiful new units and grounds speak for themselves!
