The property is well kept. As long as you are a decent tenant, you're not going to have any issues here. My only complaint is that last year my apartment got down to 57° during the cold spell. Its water heat and they control the temperature for the most part.

Nice Apartments
The apartments are spacious and in a nice quiet neighborhood. I like the open floor plan and the kitchen has tons of cabinets. The property is well maintained and the neighborhood is family friendly with playgrounds & the trail nearby.

Great Location and Apartments
Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood and the trail is so much FUN! The 2 bedrooms are spacious with tons of cabinets, plenty closet space and I like the in unit laundry. Management is very helpful with any problems that arise and the property is very well maintained. Just outside of Appleton so you're close to shopping, grocery stores and lots of restaurants.
