I have lived in my apartment for almost five years and love it here. When I have problems, they are addressed immediately. Best of all is a huge garage!

The leasing staff are great. Very responsive, friendly and make you feel like family. They go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and requests. Overall this is a great community!

We love these "apartments"! The 2 car garage and private entry really makes it feel like home instead of a typical apartment complex and the pool and fitness room are great additions. Southwind offers a real sense of community and the office staff is friendly and very easy to work with. On site maintenance is a plus and the very few things that we have needed fixed have been addressed in a timely manor. We are very happy here!

Amy the leasing manager and her have always been extremely helpful and truly caring. They keep the facilities looking top notch and have fun holiday events for tenants to mingle and become tight knit. Neighbors are friendly and the scenery is good! The apartments are spacious and clean with up to date appliances and fashionable fixtures and choices for materials. Happy I found this place and can't say enough good things!! Take a tour and try the Southwind community!
