Just renewed my lease and we are super happy with our apartment and management/maintenance thus far. Maintenance requests have been handled timely and every employee we've interacted with has been pleasant. We love how quiet our community is and how respectful our neighbors have been. Highly recommend!

Dog park, playground and green space is nice. Situated in a great neighborhood with plenty of close parks, walking paths, and friendly neighbors.

The buildings and rooms are beautiful. But they did not consider how much you hear
from surrounding apartments. You can hear every neighbor that borders your unit. From walking, dogs barking, and kitchen cabinets slamming.

We are sorry to hear of your experience at Summer Ridge. Each building was designed with additional insulation to attempt to mitigate noise such as this. We have been working with construction to determine a solution as we are aware of this being... isolated to one building. Please be patient with us as we make attempts to resolve the issue.

Absolutely love this complex! Very quiet area, nice neighborhood for walking and we are loving the finishes and appliances in the unit. So happy we chose to move here!

Tall ceilings, super sunny windows, large rooms, lots of storage, modern finishes, and all in a quiet location. Perfect for working from home and a great place between Madison and Milwaukee.
