Whoever answers the phone is always grumpy and unhelpful
I have called a few different times over the years and whoever the man is that answers the phone is always incredibly grumpy and unhelpful. It's like he doesn't want to be bothered and you can always hear the TV in the background. Not sure if management knows he's this unfriendly and unhelpful (and honestly just plain rude) but they definitely should. Or maybe he owns the place, who knows. But based on him I wouldn't want to live here if all the interactions are just like interactions with him.

Seems amazing
Looks like a great place! I would have already moves in but I'm waiting upon my roommate to get a steady job. We viewed the two bedroom apartment, it was very spacious for the price, they were replacing the rug lights and a few other minor things. It has a his and a hers sink, hidden in closet washer and dryer. Overall a great place. Maintenence is provided, but not 24/7 unless it's super serious.

This a very atractive community
Would love to be able to view a lower 2 bedroom when one is available to view. Really like the area and the quiet and space around all the building.

great place to live.
very nice apartments. I have a 1 bedroom apartment. The location is excellent. The closets are huge. A lot of great coverage space. The balcony is fabulous for coffee in the morning. I should have moved here years ago. I highly recommend Tamarack apartments.
