Easy access to Agriculture, Vet, & Engineering Schools and the Natatorium. It's also a quick walk to Union South campus area. Living on (Old) University Ave also gives you easy access to UW Hospital and the VA. The Bus stop is just a block away. You also are in walking distance to the Regent Street Coop and Trader Joe's along with the restaurants and shops on Monroe Street and Regent.

There may be off-street parking available for an additional $100 monthly fee. Laundry in basement. The tenant pays for gas & electricity (MG&E). Water & sewer are included in the rent. Heat is split between Owner & Tenants during winter months (Oct - Apr).

An application check and one month's security deposit are required at lease signing. Apartments are on a first come basis and we will continue to be shown until we get an approved application and security deposit.
