Living on (Old) University Ave also gives you easy access to UW Hospital and the VA. The Bus stop is just a block away. When you walk into this first floor apartment, you enter into the main living space with a kitchen and living room combined. There are two bedrooms and storage in the basement. All utilities are included in the rent except cable and internet service.
