Unclean, and roaches!
Stay away from 8Twenty Park. There are pests (cockroaches), and the reason why is quite obvious! People leave garbage lying out in the hallway all weekend long when the garbage chute breaks. This is a weekly occurrence and yet management does nothing about it. They are also unresponsive to emails or calls about this issue (going on for about 1 year now). I will not be renewing my lease, that's for sure!

8 Twenty Park - Great Location!
This is the building I have been waiting for. I am currently on the mailing list for this property. I am very excited about the location and the upscale features. Close to downtown, restaurants, parks, and Vilas Zoo. Finally an affordable building with great location! So excited!!
