I came from the west coast, site unseen. The office staff listened to my want list and we landed on this property! And I must admit, I LOVE IT! The leasing agent hit it out of the park with what I wanted!

Great place to live and play
We had a wonderful experience living at Cornerstone and only left because it’s time to move our growing family into a house with a yard. It’s a hard to beat location right at the intersection of Atwood and Dunning, literally steps away from great bars, restaurants, and shops. You can’t ask for a more walkable neighborhood. The building is well-maintained, comfortable, and quiet, with responsive property management. The rooftop patio is spectacular, and especially nice during neighborhood events... like Atwoodfest. We highly recommend living at Cornerstone and working with Prime Urban Properties.

Great experience, professional and helpful
Honestly what brought me to Prime Urban Properties was a desire to live in the Atwood neighborhood. We had looked at so many run down places in the neighborhood and were starting to loose hope when we stumbled across an ad for Cornerstone, which was still being built. We signed a lease based only on floor plans and renderings but when we got a chance for a hardhat tour and finally, when we moved in, all the little details we couldn't forsee met or exceeded our expectations (windows and shades,... cabinet details, colors, light fixtures). We love the location and love watching bicyclists and Chocolate Shoppe customers from our balcony on sunny weekends. We love how quiet the building is, we don't feel like we've sacrificed moving from a whole house to our city apartment. And we love how pet friendly PUP is.
PUP goes above and beyond providing social gatherings about once a month, listening to recommendations, like providing a bicycle tire pump in the garage, and following up on concerns. PUP takes really great care of the property keeping it clean and beautiful and being proactive with issues. We're especially happy with our maintenance guy, Kip, as he's always wonderful to run into.
