I loved living at Harbour Town. My unit was spacious, with plenty of storage via large closets and ample cabinets. The best part of living here was the location: you can walk to Pick N Save and Target! My third floor unit had a beautiful view of UW’s agricultural field. The only reason I left was so I could adopt a cat. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Great Location
The location is perfect for walking to grocery stores and biking to West side business’s for work. Also loved the in unit washer/dryer and underground parking! Would have stayed if wasn’t moving to another town.

Great place to live
The location is very convenient, across the street from Pick n Save, Target, etc. The property manager Bill is very helpful, he takes care of maintenance requests promptly. There is also covered parking for no extra charge!!

An Easy Place to Call Home
Lived here for two years and only have good things to say. The buildings are well-kept and cared for. The lobbies, common areas, and halls are always clean. The apartments themselves are very spacious on the inside. The high ceilings make the rooms feel big and open. The balcony is a good size, too, with plenty of space for patio furniture. The pool and surrounding area are beautiful, always clean, and never too busy. This was a huge bonus! The property managers and maintenance staff are super... friendly and always helpful. We never had to wait more than 24 hours on a maintenance request. I also love that the apartments are conveniently right across the street from the Prairie Towne shopping center but still manage to feel secluded from the traffic and volume happening around the stores. My first year here, I was lucky enough to have an apartment facing the Agricultural Research fields owned by UW. The view from my balcony was open land and colorful sunsets year-round. My second year I lived in an apartment facing the street but the trees planted between the complex and the street do a great job of separating you from traffic and made me feel like I was living in a cozy tree house! Altogether a beautiful, safe, and friendly place to live. And all this comes at a very fair price for the West side of Madison.

Very well kept and responsible landlord
Harbour Town is well kept and the landlord is awesome. Prices are comparable to other unite around the area. Great views and peacefulness due to the UW fields. Great location with quick acess to the beltline and the west side of madison. Felt safe the entire time I was here. Overall a great place to live.
