Modern comfort in a great location

Great location, right by the bike path, lake monona and its just a 10 minute walk to the square.

Modern design, but very comfortable and functional layout. Appliances are top of the line. Very quiet, because the walls are insulated well. Heated floors and quality of windows/insulation lead to low winter heating costs, while AC is also efficient and can easily cool all rooms.

Sure this building is expensive, but what you pay for includes the exercise/weight room and access to use the lounge...
for parties. Overall, it's worth the price in my opinion.
