My wife and I recently moved to Marinette Wisconsin.. We looked around for a few weeks before finding Cheri Blvd apartments. We called the number on the sign and lady answered and ask how can i help you. I explained that we are looking for a place. Fae asked when we would like to look at an apartment. I said we are here in the parking lot. Fae said great i will be out in a min.. right from the start Fae was very kind and easy to get along with. She was wonderful and took the time to show us the... apartment she had available. It was a two bedroom but Fae explained she had another building with apartments and wanted to show us before we made a decision. Fae showed us the building up front and the apartment that Her and Husband was remodeling. It was an easy decision to accept the apartment. I am not sure what it was like before but my wife and I are pleased. Fae is amazing, kind, patient and understanding, with no pressure. Fae is easy to talk to also. We decided this apartment was perfect because it was perfect size, cost was a factor, and only 1.7 miles from my office. Parking is nice and close to our door, i like there are only 2 apartments on our side. It is quiet and cozy.. We are happy and pleased with our choice.
