Nice place, new, clean, superb management
I really enjoyed living at the Kestrel. It's a very clean, new & modern building in a great location. Mandy, the on-site apartment manager was absolutely fantastic. She especially made me feel at home throughout my time there. Very dog friendly. I especially enjoyed walking my dog in the neighborhood behind the building and crossing the street to shop at Willy Street Co-op. The building is very quiet and peaceful. Surprisingly, never heard any traffic from University Ave. The hallways are... decorated with nice artwork of Middleton. A nice touch and was a great place for me to call home.

Beautiful facility + awesome staff
I am extremely happy here. The building is always clean, the security is system in place make me feel safe, there is a heated parking garage, and the administrative staff are easily accessible and always helpful. This place really makes me feel at home. I am so grateful I found out about The Kestrel.

Love it here!
The staff are very friendly, the apartments include nice features, and I love the surrounding area. Lot's of exciting places within walking distance. Very happy with my decision to move here!
