As a former tenant for nearly two and half years, Dan, Kari, Phil, Anthony and the rest of the CAP team were excellent in all areas. Their animal friendly policies are not commonly found on the East Side, and the heated/cooled underground parking (for a very reasonable additional fee) kept our vehicle in great shape. We would still be renting from them had we not moved out of state.
