I wish the carpet were washed more often as it sometimes smells terrible. Otherwise, it is a great place. The location is right off I94 and conveniently close to Cermark.

I love the location, so many great places to walk to. The community is quiet and respectful, everyone I run into is so friendly. Our maintenance team is extremely responsive and helpful. I love getting updates from our property manager Emily!

So far, I have enjoyed my experience at Element. The community is incredibly pet friendly, quiet, and responsive. I had a bitnof a difficult time with unexpected elements during the move in process and staff was very responsive and willing to help.
