Nice Apartments

I read the negative reviews and was skeptical about moving here- but now that I am here, I'm not exactly sure where the negative reviews came from because I really like this place. The photos online don't really do the building justice- you will have to come see the property for yourself. My building is really quiet and people are friendly. The apartment was clean when I moved in, carpets were professionally cleaned. There is a lot of closet space.... like a lot. You also get a free storage unit... which is located on the main floor. There is a laundromat inside of the building so you won't have to go anywhere else to wash your clothes. There is an elevator and underground parking- which is a great option for winter. Management is extremely friendly and is super responsive. Yosha works in the office and he is really nice and knowledgeable about the property. It is obvious that he cares about the property and about the tenants. He is really friendly, so you feel comfortable to talk to him. The only thing I can say that may be a con to this building is that you can sometimes hear people walking above you - HOWEVER, this is probably going to happen with any apartment that you move into... I am very happy here.

Honest Review Breakdown

Pros:
- Unique design
- Walk-in closet
- Rent and parking is cheaper in comparison to the rest of Milwaukee
- Owners are very responsive to needs and respectful
- Great location for outdoor activities, trails, and getting onto the highway.
- Electricity bill is not bad at all!

Cons:
- WARNING: Loud semi-trucks, police cars, ambulance, and fire trucks on a daily basis. Anywhere from 2-7 times a day.
- Currently there is a tenant that seems to only deep fry their food and they live below us so...
that stench travels up and into our apartment when our windows are open - this makes it hard to enjoy a cool breeze if you want your windows open.
- Tiny, slow, outdated elevator
- Hot in the summer if you live on the upper floors
- Shower water will stain your drapes orange eventually, sink water has sediments and at times discolored
- Rent keeps raising but is still doable

Great place to live!

Amazing management and a great location. The apartments have plenty of closet space, and the management is very timely with getting things fixed.
