Property never answers phone or email, when I moved in my window screen was broken, light plates weren’t screwed on, the cabinets didn’t shut, the whole buildings fire alarm would malfunction and go off forcing everyone out of the whole building. I can go on. They tried to change our parking from assigned to unassigned, mid year as if we didn’t sign a lease. The list goes on really. Windows are drafty, water stays hot for maybe a good 15 for your shower so I hope you’re fast!

Great Home
I've lived here for two years and have never had a complaint about anything. The management company has really put in a lot of money into improvements in the apartments themselves and the property. I love the w/d in unit and the fireplace is awesome. Neighbors are nice and it's a nice quiet neighborhood. I've lived at a few other places, and this place has consistency for being good the whole time I've been here. No complaints and I'm loving continuing to stay.

Poor Managment
We lived there for 7 years. Never could get anyone to fix anything. It was so hard to get a hold of anyone in leasing or management. Always late to send out lease renewals. When we finally didn’t renew our lease they tried charging us an extra month. The apartment is cheap with cheap materials and appliances, however they charged for cleaning of the rug( which after 7 years should legally be replaced). They also charged for a different colored dryer vent( it broke and they are the ones that... replaced it with a different color). In the 7 years of being there we went through 5 different managers and more leasing consults. Do not let the price and amenities fool you, this apartment is a joke. Parking is horrible, toilets leak, sinks leak, central air always went out ( couldn’t get people to fix it), went without heat in the middle of winter for 3 weeks ( they gave us one space heater and it took them 3 days to get back to us when we called). I’m telling you do not move here!

Property Manager at Apple Glen Apartments responded to this review
Hello, and thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we are unfamiliar with the particular issues you have mentioned here, as we do not charge for things such as carpet cleaning at move out. As to your other concerns, we'd be happy to discuss any... outstanding problems with you in depth, if you'd like. Please call our office when you have the time so we can speak with you directly. Thank you, The Team at Apple Glen

Decent
The apartments are pretty good and management is nice most of the time. There is just a lot of miscommunication between the office personnel, property manager and maintenance manager. Which resulted in wrong information being given, but later corrected and decisions changing multiple times... Which resulted in frustration. This issue could be very rare for them but for me and my family it caused a slight sour taste. Other then that, just like I stated before, the apartments aren't that bad.
