Nice place to live. Great location, close to grocery stores, Doctors, dentist and Library. Drexel Town Square is beautiful and has many events.

At first, we enjoyed living here. The location is ideal. You’ve got everything you need within walking distance. However as time has gone on, our experience has gone downhill. Especially this last year and even more recently, this past month. We’ve put in maintenance requests and have been waiting over 6 weeks. Our drier barely works and they won’t replace it. The pool furniture is old, dirty, broken and ripped and there are no umbrellas. The pool is dirty and the grills were old and barely... worked. They removed the grills mid June with an “plan” to replace them but never replaced them leaving residents with nowhere to grill. This is not even close to “luxury” living like they claim. Don’t even get me started on the parking situation. They now all of a sudden decided to charge us monthly to park in the lots outside. The windows are dirty and they got them “cleaned” but they look even worse. Counting down the months until our lease is up.

The office replies really fast to things but there is so many little things within the building that I feel are overlooked it’s a beautiful building but the cleaning crew sucks and that takes away from the beauty
