The location, and staff make this place nice. The community however does the opposite. Certain areas on each floor have a general loudness or smell that is constant. With open layout in the public spaces allow the sounds to carry throughout the building at times. Police are here at least once a month due a complaint or they need to make an arrest. The overall “luxury living” is there, you just have to give them an arm and a leg to pay for it.

Excellent response to issues and concerns. Staff is friendly and the building is beautiful. The Christmas Party was a nice event. Building maintenance is very helpful.
