Great amenities. Awesome residents, clean and maintained. Location is pretty great as well, there are lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby as well.

So our initial move in was a great experience but now we have a nightmare tenant above us who makes the loudest & most disturbing noises daily. We have complained regularly and now are just living out our lease. The pounding & banging sounds like bowling balls dropping and rolling all over the floor. It gets so bad at times until it vibrates our walls! It’s embarrassing to even entertain and we’ve had guests literally startled at the level of noise. My wife & I can understand there will be... activity above us but what we’re hearing & experiencing goes beyond normal.

I also see vaping & smoking going on on site pretty regularly. Staff here is friendly and other tenants are also cordial.

Prado is the best apartment complex in Milwaukee. Its style, decor, theme, and layout as well as all the amenities it offers allows for the place to be extremely attractive as well as cozy to live in. There are tons of opportunities to make friends and meet new people in the apartment through fun events. This is my first apartment and it has been a great experience all the way. The staff is great the, the community is great, and the sauna is the best.

They were so fast to respond and answer my question when I first inquired. The process was easy and fast. Move in was exceptional. I've now been living here for a week and enjoying the garage parking, gym, and outdoor space. LOVE!!!
