security concern

There is huge security concern. There are no security cameras installed with in building. Your package can be stolen by someone from mail room easily. Please think before shifting.

New Owners

The buildings have been taken over by a new company. What used to be a great community with a wonderful company has been sold. The new company immediately raised the rent $300-500.00! While I have a nice apartment it is not worth that kind of an increase. They advertise my building as having air conditioning, well if you like having a big noisy air conditioner stuck in your wall, then it has air conditioning; the appliances are old, the counter tops are formica, and heating is electric... baseboards. Beware of the pricing, if you want o park in the garage, you will pay $50.00 more, storage another $25-35, pets are $35.00 for one $50.00 for two per month. It is a la carte, you will pay more for the advertised price.

What they have done to the tenants of this building is heartbreaking. Older people who never planned on moving again, must move as they can no longer afford to live in these apartments. People are moving out in droves. If they treat the current residents, imagine what they will do to people in the future. As they say, "There is no honor among thieves."
