As I write this I am still living here. I will list everything wrong with how these are built. I can only speak for the two story I live in.
1. The HVAC unit does not have any way to circulate air around the house or from the outside. There is only one source for the air intake and that is right above the door of the room that the unit is in. Since there is no basement the house sits on a slab of concrete. All of the heat runs are in the ceiling of the first floor and in the floor of... the second. This makes it so you can't feel any AC on the second floor or any heat on the first. No matter what you do you can't cool down the upstairs or heat up the down stairs.
2. The lack of insulation in the walls is really felt in the winter. Sitting in the living room you feel cold air blowing through the walls like you have a fan on. There is a room on the second floor located above the garage. In that room you can't walk in without your feet freezing. There is so much cold air coming up from the garage that if you put a glass of water on the floor you could make ice.
3. For some reason they do not allow the kitchen faucet to turn. It points right over one side of the sink and there is nothing you can do about that.
I have no issues with management but the quality of this house is beyond a disappointment. You can't call it luxury living when you can't even keep your kids warm. I pray I don't have to live here for another year. The amount I pay in rent isn't worth my kids freezing in the winter and sweating their butts off in the summer.

Since ownership change it has gone downhill. Property manager is rude and never around. Suppose to have onsite management but that went away so they could rent out the model. They pick and choose which rules in the lease they want to enforce. High turnover so constantly have new neighbors.
