The property manager is so incredibly helpful with not only the application process but every step there after. The property is beautiful and so welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to call home.

I did not rent a townhome, but I had an appointment scheduled for showing at 10:30 AM. I am very disappointed at the apartment manager on site/ the management. When I arrived, she told me that the hometown is no longer available, and someone was in the process of filling the application. I traveled from Stevens Point, and she couldn’t even called ahead to inform me. In addition, no appointments can be made after Friday evening through the weekend, because she has to take care of her mother. These apartments are great for the price. 2 Bedroom just 660 a month. The Appliances are up to date and well maintained while the heating and cooling work good. All around the price can't be beat in the Wausau area.
